POSTERS
The printing process
All our posters are printed on 140gsm EcoStar 100% recycled uncoated paper, a produce with excellent environmental credentials. Made with 100% recycled post-consumer waste it's also carbon neutral, whilst being designed to offer the printability, brightness and durability of white virgin fibre papers.
Printing is done using vegetable and soy-based inks, an eco-friendlier alternative to petroleum based alternatives. They are a renewable resource and don't require harmful chemicals for cleaning the printing presses.
The printing process is powered by GreenPower.
Poster care
If you're not quite ready to hang up your poster, just keep it rolled, stored and sealed its packaging to help it keep its shape and keep it safe from the elements.
Seasonality
We have attempted to provide an Australia-wide seasonal reference when preparing our fruit and veggie lists. However, keep in mind that seasonality will vary from region to region and, as our climate continues to change, so will seasonality start to shift.
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and AfterPay payments.
All product prices and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
Shipping times
We are a one person team, and usually dispatch orders between 1-3 business days from the time of your order.
We ship Australia-wide, with all domestic orders being shipped via Australia Post's Parcel Post (2-5 business days), unless express service is selected.
Please note, during launch and sale periods our shipping times may be longer than usual.
Shipping rates
We charge a flat rate of $6.95 for all standard domestic orders, with express shipping available at a higher cost. Orders over $125 are eligible for free shipping.
International shipping
We currently don't ship internationally, but if you from another country and are interested in purchasing our products, please get in touch and we will let you know if and when we plan to offer this service.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Damaged items
We pack our posters carefully for shipping, however, accidents do happen.
If your poster arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@edibleeditions.com, including photos of the damage to the packaging and the poster.
Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so, if for any reason you change your mind, we are happy to refund all full-priced items.
Please note, we are only able to cover the cost of postage on returns if your order is faulty. We don't cover the cost of postage on returns due to change-of-heart or dissatisfaction. We aren’t able to accept returns during sale periods or promotions.
To be eligible for a refund, returns must be received by Edible Editions within 14 working days from delivery.
How do I make a return?
Please contact hello@edibleeditions.com with your order number and relevant information. Please allow up to 24 working hours for us to review your order. Once approved, send the order back to the address supplied by us. Please don't post your parcel before you receive return approval.
Please note, local post services can take 5–7 business days to return your parcel. After your items are received and processed, your refund, exchange or store credit will be applied.
Can I exchange my poster?
We want you to love your poster, so if you aren’t entirely satisfied we are happy to exchange the poster for another design. Please follow our returns instructions and then place a new order for your desired poster. As soon as we receive your return, you will be refunded and receive confirmation.
Please note, returns and exchanges are made at your risk and own expense, we do not cover shipping costs in these instances. We can exchange full-price items, but aren’t able to process exchanges made during any sale or promotions.
